Jacob 8e00e0890f Automatic server cleanup every hour. 
+ Added CarWipe which automatically clears all the vehicles in the server every hour.

Jacob 8dd1c4beb8 Fixed major punch & car hit bug. 
+ Updated Safe-Zones to the latest version which fixed the punch kick issue that caused cards to rotate North and set afire.
